• The Dallas County Technical Center is located at 33 Vo Tech Road in Louisburg, Missouri.  Students from Buffalo, Skyline, Hermitage, Wheatland, Weaubleau, Humansville, Fair Play and Halfway Schools participate in Career and Technical Programs which include Auto Mechanics, Collision Repair Technology, Computer Information Systems, Criminal Justice, Graphic Arts, Health Science I and II, Teacher Preparation and Welding. Construction Technology will be added to the program list in the fall of 2019.


  • Missouri CTE Needs Your Input
    Governor Mike Parson has indicated that preparing students for Missouri’s 21st century workforce is a top priority in the state. Opportunities abound in today’s economy for students who attain some type of specialized technical skill, an industry recognized credential or post-secondary training. All of these can be accomplished by attending Career and Technical Education Programs (CTE) around the state.

    The CTE Advisory Council, established in Section 178.550.1, RSMO, has developed a survey to gather feedback of how our current CTE programming is perceived by students, parents and guardians, business leaders, school counselors and other educators as school districts consider adding courses in CTE and encouraging more students to enroll in these programs.
