The Dallas County Technical Center is located at 33 Vo Tech Road in Louisburg, Missouri. Students from Buffalo, Skyline, Hermitage, Wheatland, Weaubleau, Humansville, Fair Play and Halfway Schools participate in Career and Technical Programs which include Auto Mechanics, Collision Repair Technology, Computer Information Systems, Criminal Justice, Graphic Arts, Health Science I and II, Teacher Preparation and Welding. Construction Technology will be added to the program list in the fall of 2019.
Dallas County Technical Center is proud to announce the addition of Construction Technology for the 2019-2020 school year. We are also very excited to have Tim Phillips join our teaching team as the instructor. Tim brings over 28 years of industry experience to his new classroom and is very eager to teach his trade to high school students, helping them prepare for their futures in the growing and changing construction industry. Mr. Phillips, and his wife Jennifer, live in Buffalo and have three children: Levi, Grace and Owen, who are enrolled in or have graduated from Dallas County R-1. Mr. Phillis is actively involved in his church and enjoys coaching youth athletics in Dallas County. Welcome to the team, Tim!
Dallas County Technical Center is looking forward to the 2019-2020 school year. Students from Buffalo, Fair Play, Halfway, Hermitage, Humansville, Skyline, Weaubleau, and Wheatland will start class on August 22nd. Students and parents are invited to come to the school in Louisburg on August 20th during the district open house to see classrooms, meet teachers, and inquire about specific class needs and student supplies. Enrollment forms will be online this year and the process for parents and students will be the same as other buildings in the school district.
