Students have the right to:
·         Immediate enrollment in school even without required paperwork or missing records.
·         To attend school of origin if reasonable and requested by parent, and transportation.
·         Immediate free lunch and breakfast.

·         Receive a free education (with supplemental services) comparable to their peers who are not experiencing homelessness.
